How to List Your Business on EventBookr

Welcome to EventBookr, South Africa's top platform for connecting event planners with top-tier venues, entertainers, and event service vendors. Listing your business on EventBookr is a straightforward and instant process designed to showcase your offerings to a wide event planning audience. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Register Your Account

If you haven't already, you'll need to create an account on EventBookr. Simply click on the "List Your Business" button at the top right corner of the homepage, and fill in the required details such as your name, email address, and password. Once you've completed the registration, you'll be taken to your Member Dashboard.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

After creating your account, log in using your email address and password. This will take you to your EventBookr dashboard, where you can create and manage your listings, and manage your account.

Step 3: Choose Your Listing Plan

Once logged into your account, navigate to your Members Dashboard and select "Create Listing". You will then be asked to choose a listing type suited to your business and select the appropriate listing plan.

After making your selection, you will be prompted to enter the foundational information for your listing to set it up in our database. You will then proceed to payment. Once the payment is complete, you will be directed to the listing management portal where you can enhance and optimise your listing by adding more detailed information about your business and uploading additional photos.

EventBookr offers two types of listing plans: Basic and Premium. The Basic listing allows you to provide essential business information. The Premium listing offers enhanced visibility, more features, and a higher ranking in search results. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and budget.

Step 4: Managing Your Listing

Once you have created and paid for your listing, you can optimise and enhance it in the "Manage Listing" dashboard. It is highly recommended to complete your listing information as thoroughly as possible. Event planners prefer listings with detailed business information, descriptions, and photos of your work.

Each listing receives a "Listing Quality Score" from our system. The higher your listing quality score, the more visibility you will receive on our platform. Higher listing scores indicate to event planners that it is a complete listing with proper business information and tend to get more clicks.

Ensure you fill out all the required fields accurately to create a comprehensive and appealing listing with a high listing quality score.

We would like to inform you of the following to ensure your success on EventBookr:

  • Listings are published live on our platform instantly the moment you create them.
  • You are able to create, edit, and manage your listings yourself from your dashboard.
  • All listing edits are published instantly by our system.
  • Any quotation requests you receive from your listing will be sent to the email address you entered for your listing. Please ensure to whitelist EventBookr's system email address to prevent your quotation requests from ending up in your spam folders. You will receive your quotation requests from: support@eventbookr.com.
  • Remember, higher scoring listings perform better on our platform, so always complete your listing thoroughly and keep your information updated.
